National Health Mission, J&K Hiring Specialists and Medical Officers (MBBS)

The National Health Mission, J&K has announced a walk-in interview on 20th of June 2024 for hiring Specialists and Medical Officers (MBBS) for contractual positions. This is an opportunity for qualified candidates to join the NHM team and work towards improving healthcare services.

Specialist Positions:

Categories:

1. Gynaecologist
2. Paediatrician
3. Pathologist

Qualifications/Experience for Specialists:

• MD/MS/DNB in the relevant stream recognized by National Medical Commission (NMC).
• At least 2 years of post-qualification experience working as a specialist in a hospital.

Age Limit for Specialists:

• Maximum up to 65 years.

Remuneration for Specialists:

• A monthly payment of Rs. 85,000.
• Additional significant incentives for difficult areas as per the criteria set.

Selection Criteria for Specialists:

• If the applicant ratio exceeds 1:10, selection will be based on Academic (MD/MS/DNB) = 80 Points and Interview = 20 Points.
• If the applicant ratio is less, selection will be based on an interview only.

Medical Officer Positions:

Categories:

1. Medical Officer (MBBS) Full Time
2. Medical Officer (MBBS) Part Time

• District Hospital Ganderbal, DEIC (1)

Qualification/Experience for Medical Officers:

• MBBS degree recognized by National Medical Commission (NMC).

Age Limit for Medical Officers:

• Maximum up to 65 years.

Remuneration for Medical Officers:

• A monthly payment of Rs. 35,000.
• Performance-based incentive of Rs. 15,000 per month for full-time positions.
• Part Time: Rs. 20,000 per month + Rs. 7,500 as special performance-based incentives.

Selection Criteria for Medical Officers:

• If the applicant ratio exceeds 1:10, selection will be based on Academic (MBBS) = 80 Points and Interview = 20 Points.
• If the applicant ratio is less, selection will be based on an interview only.

2. Degree of requisite Qualification mark sheets.
3. Domicile Certificate/Address Proof.
4. Copy of Registration Certificate issued by Medical Council of India/ J&K State Medical Council.
